Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN THE USA:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Some of our carriers such as UPS and DHL do not deliver to P.O Boxes

*Delays may occur due to customs. All customs duties, taxes, and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning customs duties or fees. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@geauxdian.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

*For more accurate tracking, you may track your package through your local post office website. There you will be able to use the tracking number provided to you through email to check the status of your order. Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you. 

*Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled and processed. Most orders are fulfilled and processed within 24-48 hrs (Mon-Fri) after the order has been placed.

 

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

In the instance that USPS, UPS, or DHL tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please allow 3 additional business days for the delivery of your item(s) After that time period, if you still have not received your package, contact us at info@geauxdian.com. Your order will either be reshipped or you will be provided with Store Credit. A refund will not be issued.


 

RETURNS:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Unless the item is custom, we do not accept returns on accepted items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Info@yungceodaplug.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
