What does it mean to be a Yung CEO? 

A Yung CEO is a boss, a leader and a role mode for the life of the entrepreneurs and anybody that owns a business or seeking to be their own business operator one day.

How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?

We typically ship out all orders within 5-10 business days unless it's a pre-order. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. It can take 4-7 business days within the U.S and 2-4 weeks outside the U.S. For more info about our shipping please visit or SHIPPING & STORE POLICIES page. 

Are your items true to size?

Yes, our items typically run true to size. As of now we have a one size fits all for our head wraps and bonnet sets. You can view our size chart at the following link once different sizes are added. SIZE CHART

Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?

Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 14 days after it was delivered to you. For additional details on returns and exchanges, visit our RETURNS & EXCHANGES page.

Do you do custom orders?

We do custom orders. We currently only sell ready-made clothing listed on our website. But if you would like a different color/ size, please email us at Info@yungceodaplug.com

Do you restock sold out items?

We are always updating our inventory with new styles and occasional may restock sold out items. If you are interested in purchasing an item that's currently unavailable, please contact us at Info@yungceodaplug.com and we will advise you if an item will be restocked or discontinued. If the item will be restocked we'll provide you with the estimated arrival time frame.

How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?

We generally respond within 24 hrs during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 10am-5pm CST. Our customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays.

How do I check the status of my order?

Upon placing your order, please allow 24-72 hours to have your order processed into our system. Our fulfillment shop packs your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a notification through email. Then you can then track your order by going to this page -TRACK MY ORDER

Does Yung CEO Apparel provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! You can always get a free exchange of your product simply by shipping it back to us with proof an image sent first.
